Our position
DCT is opposed to modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking in all forms, and is committed to respecting human rights across our own operations and those of the partners, suppliers, and Guild members we work with.
Our commitments

- We prohibit the retention of workers' identity or travel documents by any employer we engage
- We expect fair recruitment practices, including that no worker bears recruitment fees
- We expect safe, lawful working conditions and fair wages across our supply chain
- We conduct proportionate due diligence on partners and suppliers, particularly in labour-intensive delivery and procurement
Governance
This statement is reviewed periodically by DCT leadership and applies to all entities and individuals engaged in delivering our work, including the Dct Guild network.
