DCT is committed to conducting business honestly, fairly, and in compliance with applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws in every jurisdiction in which we operate. We hold a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption in any form.

This policy applies to all directors, employees, consultants, and Guild members acting on behalf of DCT, and prohibits:

• Offering, promising, or giving any bribe, kickback, or improper payment to any person, including government officials, to obtain or retain business or an improper advantage
• Requesting or accepting any bribe or improper payment in connection with DCT's business
• Facilitation payments of any kind
• Engaging third parties to do indirectly what would be prohibited if done directly

Reasonable and proportionate gifts or hospitality may be given or received only where they are transparent, of modest value, and could not reasonably be seen to influence a business decision. Anything beyond this requires prior approval.

DCT applies proportionate due diligence to partners, suppliers, and Guild members with whom we conduct business, particularly where projects involve government or public-sector engagement.

Any individual who suspects a breach of this policy is encouraged to raise the matter in confidence with DCT leadership. No one raising a concern in good faith will suffer any detriment as a result. Contact: info@dct.com.qa
